Community Sports Unlimited has been providing sports organizations, businesses and government with custom embroidered patches (emblems), enamel pins (badges) in the cloisonne and soft enamel for lapel pins, medals, ribbons, awards and coins since 1978. Over these years Community Sports has been proud to provide over 800,000 emblems and 3 million pins in unique designs to many organizations for their events and tournaments. These items, by being distributed and proudly worn, assure that events are remembered and organization members are recognized.

HARD ENAMEL (CLOISONNE) BADGES (PINS)
The stated prices are for the HARD ENAMEL PINS (Cloisonne pins) style badge of regular design containing no more than four (4) colors. This badge is produced in the classic cloisonne method with each color being hand painted and individually heat glazed. The price includes the DIE FEE and your choice of safety pin, butterfly clasp or long pin for a back attachment. The base metal is BRASS with your choice of GOLD, NICKEL, COPPER or BLACK plating. To determine badge size, use the longest edge. Badges with cutouts or three dimensions may require minimal increased in cost to cover extra die fee and $0.02 extra per badge for each cutout.

EMBOSSED BADGES (PINS)
The stated prices are for the EMBOSSED PINS style of regular design containing no more than four (4) colors. This badge is similar in weight to the cloisonne badge but offers finer detail and a larger range of colors. The price includes the DIE FEE, the epoxy finish (if desired) and your choice of safety pin, butterfly clasp or long pin for a back attachment. The base metal is BRASS with your choice of GOLD, NICKEL, COPPER or BLACK plating. To determine badge size, use the longest edge. PHOTOETCHED BADGES (PINS)
The stated prices are for the PHOTOETCHED style badge of regular design containing no more than four (4) colors. This badge offers the finest detail and large range of colors on light- weight BRASS base. The price includes the SETUP FEE, the epoxy finish (if desired) and your choice of safety pin, butterfly clasp or long pin for a back attachment. The BRASS base metal is in your choice of GOLD, NICKEL, COPPER or BLACK plating. To determine badge size, use the longest edge. Badges with cutouts may require minimal increased in cost to cover extra setup fee and $0.02 extra per badge for each cutout.

EMBROIDERED EMBLEMS (PATCHES)
The stated prices are for embroidered emblems (patches) of the highest quality. One may choose up to nine (9) thread colors from a very large selection and a base material with amble color choices. These emblem have very tight stitching (base material does not show through) and crisp, clear lettering for readability. The emblems may be ordered with merrow or hand cut edge and sew on or heat seal backing.
In the case where an emblem has one side larger than the other side such as 5" x 3", the calculation for pricing the size should be:
Dimension = (5" + 3") / 2 = 4" SIZE
The stated prices are for emblems with less than 50% embroidery and no more than nine (9) colors. Should your emblem be more that 50% embroidered and/or more than nine colors, please call for the best price.

AWARD MEDALS & RIBBONS
Should your event wish to provide custom award medals, medallions, flipping coins or charms, with or without colorful neck ribbons or ribbon drapes, give us a call. We have made such items in sizes ranging from 3/4" to 3" in all of the badge styles (Cloisonné, Embossed & Photoetched). Such awards are often more dramatic than individual trophies at a fraction of the cost. One can easily incorporate the event logo, date and with a back stamp the place of finish into the award.
Many different ribbon colors and combinations are possible. The same award design may be done in different base plating (GOLD, NICKEL, etc.) to distinguish place of finish. Different colored ribbon may also be used for further distinction.

ON TIME DELIVERY
COMMUNITY SPORTS UNLIMITED, INC. offers the fastest advertised delivery time in the business.
- NORMAL DELIVERY - Four (4) weeks after receipt of your order. International shipping and custom duty is included in the stated prices. The only shipping charge is for the domestic charge from Sacramento, Ca to your location.
- EXPRESS DELIVERY - Three (3) weeks after receipt of your order. Additional international shipping fees may be charged. Domestic shipping may be higher for RED or BLUE label UPS delivery, if necessary.
If you need even faster delivery, please call us as we have delivered in as little as 10 days.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
- Please provide a line drawing of your design with the separate colored drawing. You may also attach a graphic file in .tif, .jpg or .gif format to an e-mail and send to the address below.
- The die or setup will be deducted from repeat orders of the exact same badge design.
- Badges of the same design but of different colors and/or base metal plating may be added together for pricing. Great for first, second, third place or for special recognition.
- When comparing prices, be sure to ask each supplier for all costs including: international shipping; customs duty; domestic shipping; die or setup fees; back attachment; and epoxy finish. Some suppliers will add these costs later that may substantially increase the cost per item.
- DEPOSIT/PAYMENT - 50% of the total cost with order and balance upon delivery or Credit Card information.
COLOR CHART
The follow color chart may be used to communicate enamel (pins) or stitch (emblems) colors. Not all the colors shown may be available. Community Sports Unlimited will make every effort to match the selected color but cannot guarantee an exact match.
